Return Window
You have 40 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging, with all tags attached, and in the same condition you received them. This ensures hygiene and allows us to restock the item for other customers.
How to Initiate a Return

- Important: Please don’t send returns without contacting us first. We won’t be able to accept them.
Return Shipping
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label (for orders within the US) to make the process easier for you.
Refunds
- After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund in your account.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
